With Grace Ballet (Mommy & Me) - Fall 2023

Our Mommy & Me classes are for expecting moms and moms with newborns through age 4.

Our six-week ballet program class begins with proper barre technique, stretching, center and across-the-floor exercises. Our NEW studio is equipped with custom dance flooring that protects from injuries and aids in proper technique training. This program will introduce new dancers to classical ballet techniques while more intermediate dancers will be challenged to build their repertoire. Dancers will be focusing on proper barre placement and off-barre exercises. For girls only.

Little ballerinas will need a leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, water bottle and hair should be in a ponytail or bun. Moms may wear comfortable clothing, suitable for ballet, and use their discretion on ballet shoes for infants.

Dates: Wednesdays, 8/23, 8/31, 9/6, 9/13, 9/20, 9/27

Time: 10:00 am-11:00 am
