Spring Ninja Warrior (K- 5th)- girls only
We will utilize our core strength with balance and momentum to channel our inner warrior. This high intensity class will require ninjas to have speed and agility to perform running, climbing, swinging exercises. The first five weeks we will focus on pull-ups, push-ups and planks, grip strength, flexibility, stretching and stabilizing events and the final week we will participate in a creative conditioning obstacle course. Team events include; barrel races, inch worm crawls, hand-stand wheel barrel races, fireman carries and more relay races. For girls, a leotard and athletic shorts over leotard are required or shorts and t-shirts are recommended.
